ZWalls.com ships all orders via UPS using standard rates. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during the checkout process and are based on product weight after it has been packaged for shipping. Shipping costs are figured into the subtotal and for Michigan Residents, are included in the taxable amount.
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered at our regular shipping rates with an additional charge. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call Customer Service at 1-800- 685-ZWALLS. We regret that we do not ship to foreign countries at this time.
Occasionally, ZWalls.com offers free shipping offers and/or promotions either store-wide, on particular product groups or individual products. These offers can be identified by banners, ads, or other forms of identification throughout the online store. During these offers/promotions, we offer free ground shipping to most U.S. states. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of the continental United States. Please contact us regarding any questions concerning free shipping offers and/or promotions.
When free shipping is not in effect, regular shipping charges will apply.
All ZWalls products are handmade in the USA, and we take our time to make sure everything is right! Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase. We treat every order as a custom order to ensure that quality, size, and materials are up to ZWalls standards. If there is a delay, we will notify you. You will be notified when your order ships.
Once your order is processed and ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your ZWalls order.
